You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition—undamaged, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable. Returns must be sent to the designated return address, not the original shipping address.

Policy for Exclusive Handmade Design 

Exclusive handmade designs are not eligible for return for several reasons:

These items are often customized, and their creation involves significant time, skill, and effort. Unlike mass-produced products, a return of handmade items represents a greater loss to the seller due to the personalized nature and the labor-intensive process involved.

Damages and issues 

For wrong or defective items, please report the issue to Soul Verve immediately upon receipt or within 3 days, including photos of the product and proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt). Contact us at support@soul-verve.com. Soul Verve reserves the right to investigate and thoroughly analyze the defect, which may involve sending the defective merchandise to Soul Verve before making a final decision. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided, and the item must be returned within 7 days. Failure to return the item within this time frame will result in disqualification of the return.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@soul-verve.com.
