How to Return:
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries—just get in touch with us at support@soul-verve.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through it!

Conditions for Return:
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. We need them fresh, just as you got them!
  • Proof of purchase is required (a simple order confirmation will do).
  • If there’s an issue, we’ll need proof of inconvenience or defect (like photos) to sort things out quickly.

Please note: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are on you, the buyer. It’s just one of those policies that help us keep things fair.

Received Something Not Quite Right?
If your item is defective or we accidentally sent you the wrong one (oops!), please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Send along a few photos of the defect and your proof of purchase, and we’ll make it easy by providing a pre-paid shipping label. The defective item must be returned within 7 days of reporting the issue. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll update you on the outcome and get your refund started if everything checks out!

Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Keep in mind, banks and credit card providers might take a little longer on their end. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, just give us a shout and we’ll check things out for you.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns for Handmade Items: 

  • Handmade items are often customized or made-to-order, meaning they cannot be easily resold. 
  • The labor-intensive process behind each item represents a substantial investment of time and resources, making returns more impactful than for mass-produced products. 

Customer Satisfaction Commitment: While returns are not possible for handmade designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with your handmade item, please reach out to us at support@soul-verve.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any concerns and explore potential solutions, such as offering alterations or minor adjustments to ensure your item meets your expectations.

Damages and Issues Policy 

At Soul Verve, we strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you believe there was an issue with your order, we are here to assist you. 

Reporting Damages or Issues: 

  • Timeframe: Please report any damages, defective items, or order discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order. This extended window allows you more time to inspect your purchase thoroughly. 
  • How to Report: Contact us at support@soul-verve.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Be sure to include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt. 

Return Process for Defective Items: 

  • Once we receive your report, our team will review and investigate the issue. If the item is deemed defective or incorrect, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the product. 
  • You must return the defective item within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Failure to return the item within this timeframe may disqualify the return. 
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, we will issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Refunds and Follow-up: 

  • If a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us at support@soul-verve.com for assistance.
