Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries—just get in touch with us at support@soul-verve.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through it!
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. We need them fresh, just as you got them!

- If there’s an issue, we’ll need proof of inconvenience or defect (like photos) to sort things out quickly.
Please note: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are on you, the buyer. It’s just one of those policies that help us keep things fair.

Received Something Not Quite Right?
If your item is defective or we accidentally sent you the wrong one (oops!), please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Send along a few photos of the defect and your proof of purchase, and we’ll make it easy by providing a pre-paid shipping label. The defective item must be returned within 7 days of reporting the issue. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll update you on the outcome and get your refund started if everything checks out!
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Keep in mind, banks and credit card providers might take a little longer on their end. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, just give us a shout and we’ll check things out for you.
